Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00p.m

Check-out time is 12:00pm on the day of departure. Late departure will attract extra charges.

Please, drop your key card at the reception.

Cancellation

The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation.

Prepayment

No prepayment is needed.

Internet

Wi-Fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Children and extra bed policy

All children are welcome.

One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Valuables

All valuable items may be deposited at the reception for safe keeping.
